The old regional Hotmail web domains, like Hotmail.es, Hotmail.com.br and Hotmail.fr has been phased out as Hotmail was rebranded. The regional domains now all re-direct to either https:// outlook.live.com/owa or https:// login.live.com.
Your old Spanish username and password should still work fine, though. You should be able to log in to your old account at https:// login.live.com.
